charmed with the hotel
chateau view timely service
the suite had a wonderful chateau view. Maid service was timely EVEN when our do not disturb sign was on. The restaurant was fabulous and also delicious

fantastic location great room size friendly staff great shower
The location was fantastic, offering easy access to attractions. I found both the bedroom and bathroom size great for a city hotel. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. I felt very supported . The shower had great water pressure. This was a welcome feature.
The room had a slight issue with lighting. It could have been brighter.

The room had a king bed was nice, while the high ceilings added a spacious feel to the area, and the river view was fine, offering beautiful vistas from inside the room. The desk was functional for those needing workspace.

The hotel offered valet parking, convenient, and the wine dispenser in the lobby was a nice touch. Guests could enjoy a glass in the cozy atmosphere. There was an espresso bar available with awesome coffees.

The staff was cute and accommodating. They addressed questions promptly, and they assisted me effectively when I arrived before the scheduled check-in time. The staff were very polite, going above and beyond to ensure requests were met.

An Incredibly Romantic Getaway!
excellent location warm staff spacious room
This hotel boasts a EXCELLENT location. I walked everywhere. The sights and restaurants were so accessible. The staff was warm and helpful, and they gave us such an amazing welcome! The room was spacious and very clean. This. I definitely plan a return visit!!!
The room was very dark and a bit dreary. I had no view from my beautiful room on the second floor, and I faced another building. I thought the bathroom was beautiful. This was a consolation.

The hotel's luggage storage allowed me to drop my bags early. This meant I could explore the city without inconvenience. The lobby offered a coffee station. It provided free cappuccino, an good touch.

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the cruise terminal and the funicular. This funicular then brings you to Hotel Frontenac. It costs $5. This makes it convenient to get around.

The breakfast was continental with a vast array of fruit and pastries to start the day. This was so special. There is a wonderful restaurant nearby. This made dining very easy.

The front desk staff were accommodating. The ladies ordered delicious Poutine for me on Christmas Day, since many places were closed. That was AMAZING!!!

rooftop apartment easy access
the location was amazing i was upgraded to the rooftop apartment it felt wonderful. the hotel ensured comfortable stay and i enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions. valet parking was helpful i also appreciated their service.
i noticed the absence of a concierge services were not promptly resolved. despite my requests and a five-night stay the matter remained unresolved.

the reception staff exhibited friendliness and efficiency check-in was quick. the valet service proved beneficial especially with limited parking. staff generally seemed attentive making the experience better.

the complimentary coffee station provided a convenient amenity i found it in the lounge. the attached italian restaurant offers great food it requires reservations. i enjoyed the continental breakfast it included various fruits and pastries.

the room featured high ceilings and combined tradition with industrial design. a nespresso machine and luxurious bathrobe were included i enjoyed these touches. the bathroom was fabulous it offered convenience and comfort after a long day.

superb location thick bathrobes coffee machine
the hotel has a superb location. the bathroom had wonderful thick bathrobes. i found a free coffee machine in the lobby that makes great cappuccino.
the room seemed a little dark. this wasn't a huge problem, but it did affect the overall feel.
